We offer an all inclusive trade show service, Walk-in, Walk-out Event ManagementTM, that will give your company the ability to walk into your event one hour before the show begins and walk out no more than thirty minutes after the show ends.
Account Management
Your assigned account manager will determine the show services, develop and maintain the show budget, conduct frequent meetings to update client, and oversee exhibit production.
Pre-Show
Pre-show services include travel reservations, maintenance and storage of exhibit properties, scheduling of shipment logistics, and more.
At-Show
At the venue, we handle the exhibit installation, maintain appearance of exhibit during show, and dismantle the exhibit when finished.
Post-Show
After the show, we pack and transport exhibit materials back to the DCIM warehouse. We then conduct a post-show review with the client and also review the budget.
Exhibit Design
We offer portable and modular displays, but also offer custom-built exhibits. We can provide full design services if needed.
